In a certain district, 68 aging monitoring points completed fiber optic cutover and went online, and the new links were kept in parallel with the old copper cables for two weeks. This article records the practical operation of night window switching, the acceptance arrangements for centralized convergence of computer room racks and point-by-point light receiving power comparison.

The optical fiber transformation of security monitoring in a county has completed point survey and link design, covering 217 road and village entrance points. The current status of wires, measured distances and fiber core resources of each point are entered into the table point by point. This article introduces how the survey is organized and how the results are handed over to the integrator for construction.

Starting from this month, EB-LINK will add two random inspections of braid axial tension and sheath burning to the factory inspection of armored and mouse-proof jumpers, while retaining actual insertion loss measurements one by one. This article explains how to add new inspections and what customers can expect.

EB-LINK recently launched pre-sales supporting survey services for armoring and rodent-proof laying projects, providing downdraft, shaft and rodent damage classification reviews and self-inspection checklists. This article explains the service scope, coverage and application methods.

EB-LINK recently shipped a batch of flame-retardant sheathed armored jumpers and pigtails to the highway tunnel vehicle monitoring optical fiber project for replacement of the side wall equipment end and the lower link outside the tunnel. This article introduces the pain points of the tunnel environment and the delivery form of this batch.

The EB-LINK armored and mouse-proof jumper series has added a low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) sheathed version, and regular lengths are available from stock. This article explains the enclosed space and shaft scenarios for which this type of sheathing is suitable, as well as ordering and delivery options.

For integrators and construction teams, EB-LINK has added a new long-term technical support channel: three types of issues such as welding parameter setting, OTDR curve interpretation and acceptance forms can be connected remotely, and the list of submitted materials is made public simultaneously.

The EB-LINK optical passive series has newly added armored pigtails and mouse-proof jumpers in stock, covering single-core and dual-core specifications. It is suitable for scenes that are easily squeezed such as weak current wells and workshop bridges. The end face type and measured insertion loss are marked with the goods.

The all-optical network project of an office building in a high-tech park completed the delivery of a new batch of pigtails, adapters and distribution frames. Core-by-core insertion loss and return loss test reports were submitted with the goods. The acceptance party conducted random inspections according to the table, eliminating the need for full on-site re-testing.

EB-LINK incorporates the discharge calibration of the fusion splicer and re-testing of the terminal loss into the delivery process. Each batch of pigtails and jumpers comes with a calibration record, marking the arc gear and the average value of the test melting. The construction party can compare the parameters when entering the site, reducing repeated test melting on site.
