EB-LINK has recently launched pre-sales supporting survey services for rodent-proof armor laying scenarios: For projects involving outdoor downdrafts, weak current shafts and heavy rodent-infested sites, on-site data can be submitted before construction, and technical support will review the protection level and issue a self-inspection checklist.
Why add this service
Armored optical cables and anti-mouse jumpers are the easiest to "choose the right one and use the wrong one" in actual projects. Two types of problems received the most feedback in the past: one is that the trunk is armored with steel tape, and ordinary jumpers are still left at the end. After a month, the end is bitten off, and the entire link is redone; the other is that the lower corner is crushed, causing macro bending loss to increase. Because positioning is time-consuming, the whole section can often only be replaced. Both types of problems occur when there is a lack of review during the design submission stage. This service puts experience before construction.
What does the service include?
- Protection level review: Use on-site photos and drawings to determine which section should be covered with steel strips and which section should be woven with armor.
- Laying parameter review: bending radius, fixed spacing, orifice and rod box entrance sealing practices
- Confirmation of grounding method: review of reinforced core fixation and single-point grounding of armor layer
- Supporting self-inspection list: The acceptance form is signed item by item and kept for future reference.
How to apply
New and old customers can call 0755-83179002 or send an email to sale01@eb-link.com.cn on working days to submit location distribution and on-site photos. It usually takes 2 working days to provide feedback on the first round of review opinions. For large projects, remote meetings can be arranged one by one. involvingSingle mode single core armored patch cord and Single mode double core armored jumperThe selection can be set simultaneously.
