This month, a batch of factory perimeter monitoring and transformation supporting equipment has been shipped. Gigabit power supply transceivers, cassette racks, and armored jumpers are divided into boxes and labeled according to the point list. They can be constructed according to the box upon arrival, and there is no need to wait for parts on site.

The model page of the PoE power supply transceiver series on the official website has been updated. The upper limit of single-port output, the number of electrical ports and the power budget of the complete machine have been written into the parameter table for the first time. Integrators can self-check when making monitoring and power-drawing plans without having to confirm each item by email.

EB-LINK has recently replenished the spot inventory of commonly used optical modules for ring network backbones and convergence ports. The entire series still supports free coding and customization according to mainstream equipment brands, and will be shipped after testing one by one to alleviate the pressure of temporary replacement of industrial projects.

In the past two months, EB-LINK has supplied industrial site photoelectric conversion devices and optical modules in batches to two Southeast Asian system integrators for local production line transformation and road monitoring ring network backbone. The supply rhythm is scheduled according to the other party's construction window.

Starting from this month, EB-LINK will add two inspections to transceivers, optical modules and armored patch cords sent to industrial sites: loop fiber pulling and switching records and high and low temperature on and off review, to prevent problems exposed only during on-site debugging at the factory.

The industrial network transformation of an auto parts manufacturer's smart factory recently completed batch delivery and entered trial operation. The backbone was changed from a star to a dual-fiber ring. This article records the modification motivation, factory inspection items and three changes perceived by customers.

The expansion of the EB-LINK optical fiber transceiver production line has been completed and put into operation. Full-load burn-in and unit-by-unit photometry stations have been added. Industrial wide-temperature complete machines have been included in standing stock for the first time. This article explains the highlights of production expansion and changes in the replenishment cycle at the engineering end.

EB-LINK recently completed the batch shipment of Gigabit transceivers and racks for a security monitoring fiber optic transformation project in a city in North China. This article reviews the difficulties in power extraction, pairing, and packaging of this project, and explains how to ensure correct installation according to link pairing at the factory.

EB-LINK launched an on-site troubleshooting dedicated line for optical fiber transceivers this week. Senior engineers are on duty to provide remote guidance on indicator light interpretation, optical power measurement and segmentation, and single-machine replacement verification. This article explains the scope of services and materials you should prepare before calling.

Dozens of transceiver adapters stacked up in the computer room and power extraction is messy are common pain points. EB-LINK has completed the update of the centralized power supply version of the 14-slot box transceiver rack and shipped the first batch of goods. This article explains the key points of this transformation and the benefits of the computer room.
