Recently, EB-LINK completed the expansion of the park's POL all-optical network FTTR kit assembly line, with the number of sets per week significantly increased, and expanded auxiliary materials such as jumpers, sheaths and labels. The triggering point is the centralized release of dormitory and classroom renovation orders in the spring, and the speed of completion directly determines the construction start schedule.
What was changed on the production line?
The expansion of production focuses on two processes: First, the kit sorting station is encrypted, and jumpers, pigtails, and modules are pre-packed into pallets according to the entire building. When packing, materials are no longer turned over from room to room. The pallets are divided into floors and scanned for the whole frame. Missing parts can be checked on the spot. This step has been solidified into the work instructions; second, the end-face cleaning and sheathing stations are added. Each SC and LC head shipped from the factory wears an extra sheath to reduce secondary contamination and rework after use at the construction site.
what customers get
- The delivery of complete dormitory packages for a single building is generally compressed to within one week, matching the winter and summer vacation construction windows.
- Kits from the same batch have unified head shapes and label specifications, reducing line mixing on site.
- Commonly usedSC-SC single mode single core jumper,LC-SC single mode dual core jumperAccording to safety stock turnover, early warning of material shortage is provided.
- Auxiliary materials and safety stocks are managed in the same pool, and kits will not be stuck due to lack of sheaths or labels.
What other aspects should I leave time for?
Customized coding modules and special-length armored parts still need to be proofed and confirmed. It is recommended that projects with tight construction schedules lock this part first before placing an order for the entire kit to avoid the problem of main materials and other end materials. It is also recommended that the test coding time for special wavelength and long-distance modules be arranged before the kit order is placed. For projects that are intensively started before the holidays, the total amount can be reported first to facilitate the production line arrangement.
