Recently, EB-LINK completed a round of stocking for the park POL all-optical network project, focusing on SC pigtails, single-mode jumpers, 2.5G single-mode optical modules and Gigabit fiber optic transceivers, which are grouped and put on shelves according to dormitory and classroom scenarios, reducing the waiting time for room materials.

The materials on the shelves are stored in a centralized manner according to the compartments of the building, the same head type and the same length. When picking up the materials, they are taken from the entire compartment according to the room number to reduce on-site rummaging.
Why prepare it before the peak season?
- Park renovations are concentrated around holidays and the start of school. The construction window is short, and production schedules often cannot keep up with on-site progress.
- Fiber optics used to deliver fiber optics to a single room require a large amount of material, and mixed batches of goods can easily cause delays in work. It is more stable to cover a building with all the materials at one time.
- Putting items on shelves in advance according to the scene can reduce the chance of picking up the wrong materials and prevent LC heads and SC heads from being mixed at the construction site.
- Locking in stock before the peak season can leave splicing and testing manpower for link problems that are more difficult to reproduce.
How does the integrator check the picking materials?
You can press firstCampus network and FTTH integrated cabling solutionThe list format reports the number of floor points, split ratio and jumper type, and feeds back the list of missing materials based on the spot stock; when scheduling the parts with missing materials, the estimated arrival date is synchronized back to facilitate on-site adjustment of the construction sequence.
If the all-optical network project in the park has started recently, you can call 0755-83179002 to check the stock materials and quantities. The same batch of jumpers can also be pre-attached with room labels according to project requirements.
