This month EB-LINK completed the shipment of a batch of communication devices for overseas photovoltaic power plant projects, including gigabit single-mode optical modules, transceivers and supporting jumpers. The goods are divided into boxes according to the point groups of the two sites. Individual test records and port comparison tables are attached with the goods.

The business segment covered by this batch of goods

The link on the project side is divided into two sections: from the site aggregation machine room to each inverter unit box.SFP Gigabit single mode dual fiber 10KM optical moduleGlazing, end-to-end useLC-LC single mode dual core jumperCompleted with the adapter, the disk in the cabinet is kept according to the circle diameter. The local construction team does not replace the equipment according to wavelength and gear by itself. When packing, the equipment of the same link has been put in the same box. The opposite end position and fiber core number are written on both ends of the label. The handover only requires verification and does not need to measure each piece.

Three additional requirements for overseas projects

  • They will be shipped after testing one by one, and the test report will be included in the box. During acceptance, they will be randomly inspected according to the serial number instead of re-testing the entire batch.
  • The module is coded in advance according to the on-site switch brand, and is directly plugged into the port upon arrival to avoid secondary sorting and on-site waiting.
  • During shipping, pay attention to moisture-proofing and packaging sealing. Outdoor cabinet parts come with dust-proof caps and desiccants. After unpacking, count them according to the box.

Practices that can be reused

This method of dividing boxes according to point groups, labeling both ends in pairs, and attaching test records with the goods is different from the previous method.Southeast Asian operator 10G optical module and ODF batch delivery projectThe process is the same, the only difference is that the dust-proof and moisture-proof parts of the outdoor cabinet are added into the same box. EB-LINK products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions. Overseas integrators can communicate packing and coding requirements through 0755-83179002 on working days. Models and distance ranges can be queried by series on the product classification page of the official website.
