This month, EB-LINK has completed the end-of-year stocking of the full range of audio and video optical transceivers. Commonly used models of SDI, HDMI, DVI and audio are all in stock, and supporting jumpers are stored in the same cabinet to support the rush for projects undergoing centralized acceptance at the end of the year.
What have you prepared this time?
The stocking list is arranged in reverse order according to the shipment structure in the fourth quarter of last year: single channel1-way 3G-SDI audio and video optical transceiver and DVI non-compressed audio and video optical transceiverThe most abundant equipment is available for urgent requests for broadcasting and large-screen graphics and text; 4-channel HDMI and 4-channel audio models are equipped with a batch of complete machines and separate boards, which are sent and received in pairs to avoid joint debugging jams caused by half a set.
Why in December?
The end of the year is the window for centralized delivery of command center, conference room and studio projects. Customers generally hope to complete joint debugging and acceptance before New Year's Day. However, factory production schedules and logistics timeliness will be tightened before the holidays, and the waiting period for temporary orders is uncontrollable. This is the significance of spot goods: fault replacement can be shipped on the same day, and the expansion link will arrive within a few days. The entire screen project will not be stopped waiting for a pair of optical transceivers, nor will the entire acceptance node be stuck because of one device.
What to do in emergencies and capacity expansions
- Emergency replacement: Provide model photos and link distances to match the models in stock, and send them in pairs.
- Project expansion: support the production of prototypes for actual testing before placing batch orders, and the actual measurement data can be reused
- Accessory kits: LC jumpers, adapters and attenuators can be shipped together and assembled together at one time
