As the monitoring and transformation project started intensively at the end of the year, EB-LINK completed a round of spot stocking of PoE power supply transceivers, supporting racks, and jumpers this month. The products were stored in separate and coded formats, and the delivery time for small batch replenishment orders was significantly shortened.
What have you prepared this time?
Both single-port and multi-port hanging forms are kept in stock, and the matching14-slot box transceiver rack, the dual-fiber Gigabit transceiver and the armored down jumper are placed in the same area to avoid unpacking the order and causing on-site waiting for parts. The single-mode and multi-mode modules used on the uplink side are coded in the same area, and the transmission and power-taking equipment in one order can be packed in the same box. A small amount of mobile inventory is also left for the commonly used 100M mode to cope with temporary replenishment.
Why partition by form
Renovation projects often require three or five units to be replenished at a time, and the model differences are concentrated in the number of lower electrical ports and single and double fibers. After zoning and coding, the picking is directly compared with the point table, which reduces the problem of sending the wrong speed gear and fiber core gear. You can also check whether the power gear is suitable before placing an order. When encountering a point where the box is closed or the distance is too long, you can prompt the construction party to adjust the line length in advance.
Please prepare these three pieces of information before placing an order
- The number of points and the maximum working power of each device, including the values after infrared and heating are input.
- The actual distance from the computer room to the pole side, and whether the site is a single-fiber or dual-fiber condition.
- The length of the network cable segment and whether the installation environment is a closed box are related to the derating range under high temperatures.
After the information is complete, the items will be packed and shipped according to the project. LCL is supported for export orders. The specific list can be confirmed by calling 0755-83179002.
