Recently, EB-LINK organized the four sets of tables that the technical support team repeatedly modified during the project into operation and maintenance data packages, and delivered them to the maintainers of the park, computer room, and monitoring project along with the order, reducing the time the team spent creating tables from scratch.

Four tables cover the handover gap

The link account records the corresponding relationship between fiber core, port and module gear; the inspection record sheet collects and receives two hard indicators of luminescence and temperature on a quarterly basis; the duty handover sheet only asks three things: whether there are new alarms at night, which ports have been moved, and what has not been completed; the spare parts list puts the models in use and the quantities in stock on the same page. After the four tables are strung together, personnel do not need to verbally recall link information when changing posts, and new colleagues can complete a routine inspection based on the tables.

Disassembled into two sets on the cabinet side and outdoor side according to the scene

The internal links in the computer room are mainly recorded with ports and modules.
