After the replacement decision-making process has been completed, the real risk lies in batch delivery: modules with the same specifications perform inconsistently on different brands of equipment, and unrecognized ports will slow down the cutover window. EB-LINK has recently upgraded its multi-brand coding service, moving this step forward to complete before shipment.
The coding caliber corresponds to each device on a device-by-device basis.
When placing an order, provide the equipment brand, model and port planning. Write the code according to the corresponding brand before leaving the factory, and mark the corresponding relationship between the batch and the port on the delivery list. Projects that are mixed across brands are grouped and boxed according to equipment, and are picked up by boxes on site. There is no need for secondary sorting during cutover. toSFP+ 10G single-mode dual-fiber 10km optical moduleTaking this type of commonly used gear as an example, the same model can be divided into multiple batches for shipment according to different equipment calibers.
The test data is archived one by one by batch.
Each module is tested one by one before shipment. The test records include transmitting and receiving power, DDM readings and serial numbers. Upon arrival, random inspections are carried out to review the records item by item. Switching projects usually start with a small batch trial installation, use real equipment to verify identification and continuous operation status, and then release the batch. This process is used in conjunction with the previous judgment table and sample report.
Partial delivery and spare parts synchronization
Batch orders can be shipped in batches according to the cutover rhythm, and the remaining quantities are kept as spare parts to avoid long-term backlog after one-time arrival. The test record format is unified, and the buyer's quality inspection can directly apply the existing sampling inspection form without having to realign the fields. Overseas batch projects are also delivered according to the port, please refer toSoutheast Asian operator 10G optical module and ODF batch delivery projectpractices.
