The 12th-floor tenant area of an office building in the High-tech Park recently completed the fiber optic terminal reconstruction in the weak current room, and EB-LINK was delivered in batches by floor.Gigabit single mode dual fiber one optical one electrical fiber optic transceiverWith jumper accessories, the tenant-side optical path immediately enters the centralized acceptance stage.

The goods arrive according to the floor and are accepted in batches.

The project divides the goods into three batches: the podium commercial area, the 1st to 6th floors of the tower, and the 7th to 12th floors of the tower. Each batch of goods is marked according to the core number comparison table when it arrives. The construction team will test a batch after completing it. If any problems are found, they can be traced back to the corresponding batch on the spot. Tags separate tenant segments from trunk

There are many tenants and frequent changes. The project uses color-coded jumper labels for tenant segments and trunk labels separately: white labels are used on the trunk to indicate cable segments, and room numbers are written on the tenant end with colored labels. The change cost when subsequent tenants are replaced mainly falls on the replacement of patch cords, without touching the backbone optical cables. Do three actions before acceptance

  • Measure the received optical power link by link and confirm that it falls between the module overload point and sensitivity, usually leaving a 3dB margin.
  • Check the A/B pairing and room number tags. Wrong tag will cost half an hour more each time it is changed.
  • Take photos and archive the jumper area between weak current rooms to form a traceable floor ledger.

At present, the first and second floor tenant areas have completed the optical path acceptance and handover for use. The remaining floors are being promoted in batches. Each floor can be completed in about two days after the jumper box is in place.
