This month, a batch of EB-LINK serial and parallel port expansion cards completed export inspection and were sent to Southeast Asia, including multi-port differential cards, serial port cards and parallel port cards. They will be used to upgrade the industrial computer interfaces of local manufacturing production lines and building automation systems, continuing the small-batch fast-return delivery to overseas industrial customers.

Why overseas customers choose serial port card modification

Many factories in Southeast Asia still use old equipment with 232/485 interfaces, but newly purchased hosts do not have corresponding ports. The cost of replacing the entire machine is much higher than replacing a plug-in card. The plug-in card modification cycle is short, the budget is controllable, and the software does not need to be rewritten. It has become a common upgrade path in the local area. This is also the reason why orders for this series continue to grow. Some agents will also prepare a few of each commonly used model and ship them as needed.

What adaptations have been made before shipping?

  • It comes with an English installation manual and a COM number configuration tool, which can be downloaded on site without searching, and the tool can be decompressed and run;
  • Write down power collection and lightning protection recommendations in the document based on the local power grid environment;
  • PCI-E to 4-port RS485/422 serial port card and PCI-E parallel port cardComplete the port test one by one and take photos for documentation.

How to receive follow-up support

Overseas customers can make appointments via email and time difference, and receive remote support during working days. Frequently used spare parts are kept in circulation through local channels. EB-LINK products are currently exported to more than 100 countries and regions, and this series supports mixed orders in small batches.

Customers who are interested in overseas projects or agents can email sale01@eb-link.com.cn or call 0755-83179002 to obtain a list of models and specifications. For batch orders, factory test records can be attached.
