Export orders are stuck in customs clearance. Most of the time it's not because the goods are slow, but because the documents are incomplete. Starting this month, EB-LINK will integrate the packing list, commercial invoice, copy of the declaration of conformity and individual test records into a single package with the goods. The version will be locked when shipped, so overseas buyers no longer have to chase the factory for replacement parts.
The four types of documents in the package each deal with one thing.
The packing list is detailed according to the box number, and the consignee can take it for inventory and random inspection; the commercial invoice corresponds to the declaration caliber and currency; a copy of the declaration of conformity is used to provide a written basis for random inspections in the target market; the test records the arrival acceptance of the service one by one, and the serial number corresponds to the receiving and receiving luminous power. likeSFP+ 10G single-mode dual-fiber 10km optical moduleThis type of measuring model only leaves traces when leaving the factory. There is no need to unpack and retest during the acceptance period to find out that it is not correct.
The version is locked first, and all changes will go through the patch process.
Problems with the document often have nothing to do with the product itself: if the model writing, quantity unit, and batch number are just one character different, the port may charge back the order. Bind the document version to the production batch before shipping, and only recognize one version for the same batch; if it really needs to be modified, go through the replacement process and keep it on file to avoid having two versions lying in the customer's mailbox at the same time. Which version to declare on site is completely guesswork.
Three actions a buyer takes after getting the document package
- Before customs clearance, first check the product name, quantity, and unit on the packing list and invoice. Any differences in caliber will be reported to the factory on the same day.
- Upon arrival, the serial number will be checked one by one according to the test records. Abnormal parts will be sealed separately and photos of the labels will be sent back.
- If resale or secondary customs declaration is required, directly quote the document number accompanying the shipment. There is no need to go back to the factory to reissue the document.
This document package currently covers major export categories such as optical modules, fiber optic transceivers, high-speed cables and passive equipment. The specific document list can be confirmed with the business when placing an order, call 0755-83179002.
