The access layer expansion of a provincial metropolitan area network has recently entered the final stage. The project involves dozens of access computer rooms and two types of monitoring backhaul links. EB-LINK was delivered in three batches according to the conditions of the computer room, and was tested one by one before being shipped. There was no interruption in the entire batch cycle.
The first batch will only be distributed to offices that have been powered on.
In the early stages of the project, the wiring and optical cable termination in some computer rooms have not yet been completed. The first batch will be sent to sites that have been powered on and can be measured.SFP Gigabit single mode dual fiber 10KM optical moduleMainly, covering common access ports. The purpose of this batch is to verify whether the port table is consistent with the actual object, to expose the numbering deviation in the early stage of the project, and to solidify the signature and port interface diameter. The next two batches will be implemented accordingly.
Inter-batch recycling correspondence table correction quantity
After each batch of installations is completed, the construction party sends back the port correspondence table, and the factory recalculates the quantity and gear against the remaining sites. For monitoring point backhaul links, adjust the ratio of Gigabit and 2.5G according to code traffic. This part of the idea is similar toSecurity video surveillance fiber optic transmission solutionConsistent to avoid quantity accumulation or shortage in the last two batches.
This method of recycling and correction is more adaptable to changes in on-site conditions than the method of locking the total amount at once.
On-site support for handling exception ports
- Ports with high termination loss should be cleaned on site and retested to avoid directly identifying them as module problems.
- For long link ports with weak light reception, the distance range should be changed according to the actual measurement, and replacement on the spot will not occupy the construction period.
- For ports that need to be identified according to the switch pattern, write and read back verification is completed on-site.
All three batches of goods have been signed for, and the remaining reissues will be carried out according to the fixed window before the end of the project. For delivery inquiries on similar projects, please contact EB-LINK 0755-83179002.
