Recently, EB-LINK completed packaging and shipping of a batch of 10G network cards, SFP+ optical modules and armored patch cords for machine vision production lines, and sent them to a smart factory project in Southeast Asia. They will be used on-site to connect the vision stations to the 10G backbone and MES image upload links.

Project configurations are prepared in batches according to workstations

This batch of goods is packaged according to the number of visual stations: each acquisition host is equipped with a 10G network card, the backbone between the cabinets is equipped with SFP+ optical modules and matching jumpers, and the downlinks in the cabinets are equipped with armored sections. in listPCI-EX4 10 Gigabit single electrical port network card (Intel Intel X550 chip)The largest number, the supporting optical modules are mainly 10 kilometers single-mode, covering the distance from the farthest machine station in the factory. Will be shipped after testing one by one

The transmit and receive power of the optical modules is measured one by one and recorded. A test list is included with the product for on-site verification.

According to the free coding modules of Cisco, Huawei, H3C and other brands, the identification codes are individually checked before packing.
