With the increase in smart manufacturing and machine vision projects, EB-LINK has upgraded its free coding and factory-by-factory testing of optical modules starting this month, specifically to provide complete support for 10G access to vision stations and MES image networking projects.
Writing code covers more exchange and collection platforms
The entire series of optical modules can be coded for free according to brands such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, ZTE, Ruijie, etc. This time, the identification codes required by common platforms for industrial vision and MES networks have been expanded, reducing the need for unrecognized plug-ins on site and repeated returns and replacements. It is especially suitable for incremental upgrades of production lines with existing switching equipment.SFP+ 10G single-mode dual-fiber 10km optical moduleMain models can be pre-written with identification codes according to project requirements before being shipped. They can be directly identified by plugging them into the switch or acquisition host of the corresponding brand on site, saving a round trip for debugging.
Each test record is attached with the goods.
- The optical modules are tested one by one for transmit and receive power, wavelength and alarm threshold. The actual measured values are compiled into a list and shipped with the goods.
- Power on the 10G network card and run continuous collection to check the steady-state throughput under large frame length, such asPCI-EX8 10 Gigabit single electrical port network card (Intel 82599 chip).
- This test sheet can be directly quoted for project acceptance, eliminating the need to unpack and retest, saving downtime.
