Why is the support window scheduled for spring?
Station renovation should avoid power generation peaks and thunderstorm seasons, usually focusing on the period after thawing and before rain. The project cycle is short and the points are scattered. Once the link is blocked, it will take a day to wait for a round trip to the site. The design goal of the support channel is to judge the links that can be judged remotely first, only do the necessary actions when you are on site, and leave the night window to the end user and retest.
Three ways of cooperation
- Remote fault diagnosis: According to the status of the indicator light and the light receiving reading, first distinguish whether it is the fiber core, end face or module problem to avoid taking the wrong spare parts out.
- Data verification: The customer sends the point table and link length to check whether the distance range is consistent with the single fiber A/B pairing, and the direction is clearly marked before shipment.

What can be left at the scene?
After a cooperation is completed, three things will be output: the updated link correspondence table, the light collection baseline record of each link, and the light pass result of the spare core.
