In the all-optical network project, the types and quantities of optical passive equipment are mixed, and missing parts and mistypes directly affect the construction period. EB-LINK will launch the packaged supply model of the entire optical passive project from now on: with the port table as the core, one box covers one floor/floor of ODF, jumpers, pigtails, flanges and transceivers/modules.
Highlights of packaging mode
- Materials are calculated according to the port table, and the risks of missing and redundant items are eliminated in advance;
- ODF is fully equipped and shipped from the factory (adapter/pigtail/heat shrink tube has been installed), ready to be installed and used on site;
- The jumpers are pre-attached with terminal labels according to the office points, greatly shortening the line checking time;
- SFP 100M/100M/10G modules are coded in batches and are compatible with switches of all brands.
Applicable scenarios
All-optical network transformation in campuses and hospitals, FTTH in office buildings, head cabinets in computer rooms, and security front-end leads (armored jumpers are optional). It has served many park and public construction projects, saving construction parties about 30% of their material management hours on average.
