In response to the continued 25G/100G demand from data center customers, EB-LINK completed the expansion of its high-speed optical module production line this quarter: two new SFP28/QSFP28 assembly and test lines were added, the coupling and high-low temperature aging stations were simultaneously expanded, and the spot inventory of 25G multimode/single-mode and 100G SR4/PSM4/CWDM4/LR4 series conventional models doubled compared with the beginning of the year.

Focus on production expansion

  • Automatic alignment equipment is introduced into the high-speed chip mounting and light engine coupling links to improve consistency and yield;
  • Full-rate modules are shipped from the factory one by one to complete all tests of transmitting and receiving light, eye diagram and bit error;
  • Establish a compatible code library for mainstream switch brands, plug and play for Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, etc.;
  • 100G DAC/AOC is produced collaboratively, and cabinets and cross-cabinet short-distance links can be provided in one stop.

Supply capacity

Relying on the new production line, the delivery time for high-speed module batch orders is generally shortened to within one week, and emergency replenishment orders can be shipped the same week; at the same time, the delivery specifications of one-by-one testing, labeling and shipment are continued, and supporting LC jumpers and ODF end-of-line equipment are packaged and supplied.
