Recently, EB-LINK has completed the stocking of a full range of 100M/1000M SFP optical modules before the mid-year project delivery peak, covering mainstream specifications such as 100M single-mode, 100M single-mode, 100M multi-mode and 2.5G. Commonly used models can be shipped directly from stock.
Stocking scope: four mainstream series to be completed at one time
This stocking is mainly based on the most commonly used specifications at the project site:SFP 100M single mode dual fiber 20KM optical moduleSuitable for replacing optical ports of old switches.SFP Gigabit single mode dual fiber 10KM optical module and SFP Gigabit Multimode Dual Fiber Optical ModuleCovering both inter-building and intra-building links, the 2.5G series is available simultaneously. Each series has unified labeling and packaging standards to facilitate warehousing and spare parts ledger management after arrival.
Spot testing is done one by one
Stocking up does not mean skipping inspection. All modules are still running link tests on the test platform one by one. After checking the TX/RX optical power and the values reported by DDM, they are labeled and packaged. Compatibility tests are conducted on a batch-by-batch basis. We try to keep borderline products in the factory and reduce secondary returns and exchanges where problems are exposed on site. Test data is archived by batch. After receiving the goods, customers can check and review them against the records accompanying the goods.
How to confirm the spot model and delivery date
- Commonly used 100M/Gigabit models are in stock and can be shipped on the same day when placing an order.
- Long-distance models of 2.5G and 40KM or above are produced in batches, and the delivery date needs to be confirmed in advance.
- For bulk purchasing, you can apply for project quotations and sample pre-testing.
- Supports free coding according to switch brand, just indicate the platform model when placing an order
The project team can call 0755-83179002 to check the current list of spot models, and also indicate the switch brand and port speed to match the corresponding specifications more quickly. It is recommended to verify the long-distance models and special temperature specifications together to avoid secondary replenishment delaying the cutover window.
