There are often only scanner guns and construction workers at the site where batches arrive, making it difficult to judge the quality of the components on the spot. EB-LINK recently included an unpacking and acceptance guide card with batch shipments. The three matters of appearance, random testing, and sample retention are broken down into checkable steps, and they are followed when the goods arrive at the warehouse.
The guide card first solves the problems that can be seen on the spot.
The first part of the card surface is the appearance items: whether the outer box is crushed, whether the anti-static bag is damaged, whether the dust cap has fallen off, and whether the label batch number is consistent with the test record included with the shipment. These projects do not require equipment, and two people can complete a box in about ten minutes. If there are indentations on the casing or the gold fingers are darkened, count them directly on the card and take a photo, so you don't have to wait until they are put on the shelf to discover the problem.
Leave space for filling in the actual measured value in the random test column.
The second part is a spot test item, which provides recommended proportions by category: 3% to 5% of optical modules are sampled according to batches, and the luminous power is re-measured with an optical power meter; jumpers and adapters focus on insertion loss, and single-mode jumpers are generally judged to be within 0.3dB. There is a blank form on the right side of the card. The actual measured values must be filled in on the spot and filed together with the delivery report to prevent the data from being stored only in the tester.LC-LC single mode dual core jumperFor this type of passive components that are used in large quantities, the random test results can be verified in turn.Campus network and FTTH integrated cabling solutionlink budget.
The conclusion and the sample should be written on the same card.
The third part is judgment and sample retention. There are spaces to fill in the three conclusions of qualified receipt, pending re-inspection, and return of the entire batch. It is also prompted to seal two samples per batch and mark the batch number. If the interpretation is uncertain, there is a consultation method printed on the bottom of the card, and the actual measurement records can be sent directly.
This guide card has been sent out in batches along with several recent park and monitoring projects. Integration partners who need electronic templates can contact 0755-83179002 to obtain them. Wolflight technical support can also customize the sampling ratio according to the project.
