Recently, EB-LINK has completed the overseas shipment of a batch of video optical transceivers and supporting audio and telephone models. The destination is a monitoring and dispatching center project in a Southeast Asian country. They are used for multi-baseband backhaul, voice intercom and dispatching telephone links. The company's products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions.
Project requirements: a set of on-site models
The customer project has both baseband multi-channel backhaul and voice intercom links, which requires the equipment to adapt to the existing optical fiber on site and adapt to long-term live operation in the local high-temperature environment. After the plan was communicated, the model types were narrowed down based on the principle of video as the main component and audio as the supplement, so as to reduce spare parts inventory and training costs. The construction team only needs to master one activation process.
Shipping configuration and accessories
This batch contains multi-channel video optical transceivers,1-way two-way audio optical transceiver and 8-way telephone + 1-way Internet phone optical transceiver, covering the call link between monitoring backhaul and dispatch center; comes with the goodsSC-SC single mode single core jumperand installation accessories. Each piece of equipment is inspected according to the one-by-one testing process and records are attached. The accessories are divided into boxes according to the site and marked with box numbers. They can be directly distributed after customs clearance and can be put on shelves upon arrival.
Remote support and subsequent batches
In response to the time difference problem, the project team has prepared English wiring documents and remote video guidance. For technical questions during working days, you can contact the engineer through 0755-83179002 or email sale01@eb-link.com.cn. Subsequent batches will be shipped in batches according to the completion progress of the on-site optical fiber project to ensure that each site is opened one after another and no equipment is left idle.
Wolflight said that the link scheme of overseas projects has the same origin as that in China, and integrators can prepare point tables and model lists based on the same idea.
