EB-LINK recently launched a 100G optical fiber network card based on Intel E810 chip in the product center of its official website, providingPCI-EX16 100G single optical port fiber optic network card (Intel E810 chip)With two specifications of dual-port, it is oriented to the access layer transformation of data center core servers and AI training nodes. Sample testing and bulk ordering are now open.

E810 controller and interface specifications

Both models are PCI-EX16 half-height form factors. The single-port version has a full speed of 100G and the dual-port total throughput is 200G. The QSFP28 slot can be equipped with 100G optical modules or100G DAC high speed cable, ports generally support 100G and 40G adaptive, short-range multi-mode can run 100 meters, and single-mode long-range modules can extend further. The E810 generation supports SR-IOV and common data path offloading, and virtualization scenarios can be directly transparently transmitted to virtual machines.

Matched with 25G gear to cover access and aggregation

Also launched in the same batch are the 25G series of E810, such asPCI-EX8 25G dual optical port fiber optic network card (Intel E810 chip), aligned with the Spine-Leaf architecture in the data center high-speed interconnection solution: ordinary business servers use 25G access, distributed storage and GPU servers use 100G, and the two-tier speeds share a set of modules and cable spare parts to reduce operation and maintenance complexity.

What can customers get now?

You can view the specifications and driver download portal on the product page; for batch projects, you can apply for a sample card to verify compatibility. The optical module is packaged with free coding according to the switch brand. The sample card test cycle usually takes two to three working days.
