In mid-to-early July, EB-LINK completed a round of spot stocking of 25G/100G high-speed cables and supporting products. The mainstream specifications of DAC and AOC from 10G to 100G were simultaneously put into storage, plus 25G/100G network cards and wiring accessories. Common specifications can be shipped directly from stock.

Why stock up in advance

The second half of the year is a period of intensive data center expansion and enterprise network transformation, and high-speed cable delivery schedules are likely to be tight. Recently, many customers have reported that they need to open a new cluster within a few weeks. The ports, cables, and modules must be all in place before construction can start. If there is only one cable missing, the entire cabinet will have to wait. This round of stocking targets two types of high-frequency scenarios: short-distance within the cabinet and medium-distance across computer rooms. The specifications are completed according to the order structure in the first half of the year. The spot pool gives priority to covering the transmission length and mainstream interfaces.

What does stocking cover?

  • Short distance within the cabinet:25G DAC high speed cable and 100G DAC high speed cablemainstream length;
  • Cross-cabinet mid-range: 25G/40G/100G AOC series simultaneous replenishment;
  • Supporting spare parts: 25G and 100G fiber optic network cards commonly used models restock;
  • Passive components: LC single-mode jumpers and patch panels can be matched together.

Order and delivery reminders

All warehousing products will be put on the shelves after being inspected and qualified. Customers will be informed of the equipment model and link distance when placing orders. Technical support will match specifications according to the spot list. Mixed batch orders of multiple specifications will be shipped in batches, which is the same as before.10G optical module and ODF batch delivery project for Southeast Asian operatorsThe batch delivery rhythm is similar.
