Recently,Optical fiber project for vehicle monitoring system in highway tunnel in a provinceAfter the network acceptance, the equipment list, link correspondence table and light test records compiled by EB-LINK were bound and handed over according to the requirements of the sub-center, and were signed by the monitoring and electromechanical majors respectively.

The focus of acceptance is traceability

The tunnel project is different from a one-time opening. During the operation period, cameras and vehicle detectors will continue to be added. The inspection of the data during the acceptance process focuses on whether it can be reproduced: which cave a certain channel image comes from, which station number is nearby, which optical transceiver it passes through, and which channel it falls on the sub-center rack. The on-site demonstration only proves that it can be viewed on that day, and the data determines whether it can be viewed three years later.

The correspondence table should be as detailed as every core

The table delivered this time lists items by business group:

  • Video channel: point number, station number, optical transceiver model and hole side position;
  • Control channel: 485 address segment of fans and lighting, carrying fiber core number;
  • Terminal information: ODF terminal, flange type, jumper length and sending and receiving direction;
  • Test data: received and received luminous power at both ends, spare fiber core light transmission results.

When involving multi-service models, such as8-channel video + 1-channel reverse 485 data video optical transceiver, the controlled devices corresponding to the reverse data channel are also registered in the table to avoid recording only the video but not the control.

How to keep spare parts after the data is delivered?

The branch center keeps commonly used models and armored down jumpers according to the in-use list, and keeps a set of spare parts that can be replaced by the whole machine in the long cavern section to shorten the response time when fiber breaks. The data numbers of this batch correspond to the factory test records one-to-one. Subsequent additional supplies will still be registered according to the same set of codes and do not need to be renumbered during the operation period.
