Recently, EB-LINK has expanded its stock of commonly used models such as Gigabit and 10G single-mode optical modules and LC dual-core jumpers. The background is that due to fluctuations in the industry supply chain, the delivery schedule of some optical network equipment has tightened, and the project side has a stronger demand for certainty in purchasing as needed.
The gear and method of stocking this time
- Module class:SFP Gigabit single mode dual fiber 10KM optical module and SFP+ 10G single-mode dual-fiber 10km optical module, covering common uplinks and aggregation files
- Jumper type:LC-LC single mode dual core jumperAvailable in different grades according to length, with matching adapters to replenish the space at the same time
- In warehousing, separate racks are registered according to wavelength and distance, batches are recorded, and unpacking and random inspection intercept the mixing of distance files.
The stocking positions are based on high-frequency models in projects in the past two years. Commonly used distance and wavelength combinations are given priority. Unpopular specifications do not occupy positions, and commonly used specifications are guaranteed to be readily available.
How will the project use these pools?
Sudden replacement parts and small-batch expansion can be shipped directly from stock, without having to wait for the entire batch to arrive; for projects that are being started intensively, we can negotiate for delivery in batches, so that the previous construction period will not be blocked by the later goods. Each module is tested one by one before being shipped. The actual measurement data is included with the goods, and the acceptance data is completed at once. For system integrators, commonly used models can also be organized into spare parts packages, so that temporary losses during the on-site debugging phase do not need to go through a reissue process.
Follow-up plan
The company will dynamically add gears based on project feedback. Specifications concentrated in feedback will enter the next round of expansion lists. Inventory changes are regularly synchronized on the article list page. If the project has a certain quantity and grade requirement, you can call 0755-83179002 to check the current stock and alternative models, confirm first and then schedule the production date to avoid compatibility risks caused by improvising orders.
