Recently, EB-LINK has completed the packing and shipping of a batch of 10G networking products for overseas small and medium-sized enterprise customers, including 10G fiber optic network cards, SFP+ optical modules and supporting LC jumpers, which will be used for the storage and business network transformation of the customer's self-built computer room.

Demand: Even a small computer room needs 10 Gigabit capacity

This customer's self-built virtualization platform hosts internal office systems and file services. The original gigabit interconnection has become a daily bottleneck, and backups often cannot cross the night window. After two rounds of sample testing, the 10G solution was determined: new node optical ports are uplinked to storage switches, some existing servers are extended with electrical interface cards, the budget is focused on practicality, and short-distance links use a combination of DAC and multi-mode jumpers to control costs. The customer also requires the supplier to provide complete test records on a case-by-case basis with the goods to facilitate internal compliance archiving and subsequent audits.
