When engineers read the parameter sheet, they look at the level of indicators. When purchasing, they look at whether the table can support price comparison, order placement and acceptance. The price difference calculated when the field is missing is meaningless, and the subsequent specifications are difficult to trace.

The three-step verification starts with the required fields.

First check the list: packaging form, rate level, fiber core method and paired wavelength, nominal distance and corresponding fiber type, marked range of transmit power and receiving sensitivity, operating temperature range, whether to support DDM, protocol or coding object, structure and power consumption constraints. All expressions marked as general, standard parts, and conventional models require suppliers to replace them with specific models and field values.

Quotation lines and parameter lines must be aligned one by one

One line on the quotation corresponds to one table in the parameter table, do not combine them by model abbreviation. Missing items must be confirmed in writing and included in the acceptance check

After checking the fields, compile the missing items into a problem list and send it back to the supplier. It is required to complete it in writing and stamp it or leave a trace by email. Then, the on-site construction and arrival acceptance are synchronized, so that the same caliber runs through the entire process.

The parameter list should be a binding document in the hands of the purchaser, not a one-page description.
