The ledger does not need to be complicated, but the fields must be able to support judgment and traceability, and the sampling ratio must be determined separately by category.
Eight-item minimum field set
- Arrival date and waybill number, box number and batch number, model and arrival quantity.
- Sampling quantity, sampling method, and actual measured values (three categories: luminous power, insertion loss, and light collection).
- Judgment conclusion, sample number, and signature of the acceptance person.
- The disposal period and final conclusion of items to be re-inspected.
If all eight items are in place, there will be a basis for return determination and batch tracing. If any one item is missing, it may get stuck in disputes.
Draw different items from different categories
